How fast can I get my building?

In-stock buildings can often be delivered as early as the next day within our local delivery area. Custom builds typically take 2–4 weeks.

Do you run my credit for Rent-to-Own?

No — most Rent-to-Own plans require no credit check. Approval isn't based on a credit score.

How much is the deposit to reserve?

A small deposit reserves your building; the exact amount depends on the building's price and is shown at checkout.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across KY, TN, IN, IL, MO, SC, GA, AL, and FL. Free delivery within 50 miles of a lot; a small mileage fee beyond.

Do I need a permit?

Permit requirements vary by city and county. We recommend checking with your local zoning office — we're happy to provide specs.

How is my building delivered and set up?

We deliver on a specialized trailer and level the building on your prepared site. We'll send simple site-prep steps ahead of time.

Can I customize colors and options?

Yes — pick siding, trim, roof colors, doors, windows and add-ons in our 3D Designer, or tell our team what you need.

What warranty is included?

Metal roofing carries up to a 40-year warranty, plus a workmanship warranty on the building. Details are in your agreement.

Can I pay my Rent-to-Own off early?

Absolutely — you can pay off early and save. There's no long-term lock-in.

What if I need a repair?

Submit a repair order any time and our team will take care of it — we're here long after delivery.
