Delivery Instructions

To ensure a successful, smooth delivery, review the requirements below and have your site prepared before the driver arrives. Failure to meet these requirements can result in delays or additional charges.

Cement blocks

Customers are responsible for purchasing all blocks. No blocks are provided.

Purchase blocks before delivery.
Place blocks out of the way but within 15 feet of the setup site.
Blocks must not obstruct the delivery path.
We place the first two layers of blocks (that you purchase) under the building at no additional charge.
Each additional layer is a $150 fee, payable directly to the delivery driver.
Base layer must be 4"×8"×16" CAP blocks.
Additional layers may use CAP blocks or 8"×8"×16" cinder blocks.

How to calculate blocks

8 ft & 10 ft wide buildings
1 block for every 2 ft of length
12 ft, 14 ft & 16 ft wide buildings
1 block for every 1 ft of length

Clearance & obstructions

Ensure there are no obstructions in the delivery path (trees, fences, gates, etc.).
Maintain a minimum clearance of 2 feet on each side of the building path.

Tie downs

We do not provide or install tie downs.
If tie downs are required, you must arrange installation with a third-party contractor.

Acknowledgement

By proceeding with delivery, you acknowledge these requirements and agree that if conditions are not met, you may incur extra charges or rescheduling.
